Hello

I have been a Social Worker since 2004 and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2012. I have a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from California State University Sacramento and a Master of Social Work Degree from Washington University in St. Louis. 

I love helping people and serving my community. I serve on community non-profit boards, I am a proud Rotarian and enjoy volunteering my time planning community events and fostering dogs. I love living in the Sacramento region with my family and traveling every chance I get. 

I absolutely love being a therapist and can't think of anything I would rather do more. I am excited to go to work every day and make a difference in my client's lives. I feel honored that I get invited to work with my clients and help change their lives for the better. 

When looking for a therapist, it is important to find someone that you feel comfortable with. I approach therapy in a warm, non-judgmental, and lighthearted manner with my clients. I will never be disappointed if I am not the best fit for you and will help you find your perfect therapist if that is not me. Therapy is about your journey toward change and happiness. 

I am primarily seeing clients through Teletherapy at this time. I have a home office that I see a limited number of established clients I see in person. If you have any questions about Teletherapy, please feel free to reach out to me and I would be happy to answer them.
